As much as I enjoy making sugar flowers, there is nothing like the real thing. I love this cake! Two tiers of dark chocolate cake with strawberry buttercream, covered in fondant and dripping black ganache. The florist brought the roses over just before delivery so I was able to assemble it at the shop and get some great pics.
