Last month I made this 5-tier wedding cake for a couple in Napanee, Ontario (my old stomping grounds). The reception was held at The Smiling Wilderness. Each flower was cut out, veined and hand-painted and all flower centres held a silver dragee: time consuming but worth it for the final effect. Flavours were red velvet cake and banana cake with cream cheese filling, and vanilla cake with lemon buttercream.
