A client called a few months ago and asked for a small wedding cake to celebrate her niece's wedding. Apparently, there was not a cake at the actual wedding, so she wanted to do something nice for her at a family reunion. She gave me the opportunity to do what I liked, but specified that the cake have pink on it. This is what I came up with, and I really like it. The entire cake is red velvet with cream cheese filling, and there was a large slab cake included to feed the family.
